Public transport
The Bendigo–Albury V/Line coach service passes through Corop on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The coach stops at the Corop Store.
Other services are available through nearby towns such as Rochester, Elmore, Stanhope and Colbinabbin.
There are three transport routes passing through Rochester and Elmore:
- Echuca–Melbourne train
- Barham–Melbourne bus
- Deniliquin–Melbourne bus
There is one bus passing through Stanhope and Colbinabbin:
- Barmah–Melbourne bus

By road
Corop is on the Midland Highway about halfway between Bendigo (66km) and Shepparton (55km).
From Melbourne
Take the Hume Highway (M31) out of Melbourne, take the exit for Kilmore (B75) and follow this through to Heathcote.
or
Take the Tullamarine Freeway and head to Sunbury. Follow the C325 signs through Romsey and Lancefield. This will road will bring you to the Northern Highway (B75) just near Tooborac. Turn right on the Northern Highway and continue to Heathcote.
From Heathcote
At the northern end of Heathcote, turn right to follow the Northern Highway (B75) and the signs to Echuca.
Approximately 10 km out of Heathcote along the Northern Highway observe the sign for Colbinabbin (C347) and take the right turn. You are now on the Heathcote-Rochester Road following alongside the Mt Camel range. Continue along this road for approximately 25 minutes until the C347 intersects with the Midland Highway (A300). Turn right onto the Midland Highway to drive into Corop.
From Echuca
Corop is 45 kilometres from Echuca. Travel toward Rochester along the Northern Highway. At Rochester take the Kyabram turn-off. On the outskirts of Rochester turn right off onto the Heathcote–Rochester Road. At the T-intersection of the Midland Highway turn left and travel approximately 2 kilometres to Corop.
